Service terms — outline
What's included
The offered service is an approved business website, quote-request functionality, hosting and routine technical upkeep. Scope, support, content changes, availability and any excluded services will be confirmed in writing before activation.
Pricing
The offer shown is a first month at £0 starting on the website go-live date, followed by £39 per month, with no £500 website setup fee. Full payment timing, VAT treatment where relevant, cancellation rights and any minimum term must be agreed before billing. No payment is taken through this version of the site.
Go-live
We aim to launch within seven days of receiving approved content and the authorised domain setup details. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. The business owner approves their website's content before publication.
Domain ownership
The customer keeps ownership of their domain name. We will never request account passwords through a public form. Any DNS access or changes are arranged securely and with permission.
Results and claims
We do not guarantee Google rankings, leads or new customers. Every demonstration website is a proposed design and not an official business website until its owner has approved it.
